The mountain all-rounder – trekking pole, ice axe, walking pole. This adjustable system features three sections, which can be expanded or collapsed as needed, the pole closes down compactly. When the ice axe is closed, the circular shaped handle is very solid, with insulated rubber handle for comfort. The handle shape protects the hand when the blade is extended – this is done through a screw mechanism. Designed for mountaineering and skiing, in and emergency this can be used for a self-arrest safety maneuverer. The steep blade is tough enough that it can be used on the mountains.
