How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange for an unwanted or unsuitable item.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
Restocking Fee
Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee where goods are refused upon delivery in the destination country.
Any applicable restocking fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be deducted from your refund amount. Customers will be notified of any applicable fee before a refund or exchange is processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and approved. Approved exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 working days of receipt.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical retail store to
determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
When returning goods, we ask that items are returned in a clean and resaleable
condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging and accessories included
wherever possible. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or show
signs of excessive wear or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect
them.
Where returned goods are missing original tags, labels, packaging or accessories, or
show signs of wear, damage, staining, odours, washing, or other use beyond what
would reasonably be permitted in a retail environment, we reserve the right to
refuse the return or reduce the refund accordingly, where permitted by
applicable law.
