Introducing the SCARPA Phantom 8000 Nims HD. This high-altitude boot was designed by Scarpa, and developed and tested by mountaineering icon Nimsdai and his Elite Exped team.

Nims worked directly with the R&D Department of SCARPA for more than two years to curate the ultimate high-altitude boot. It won’t let you down, even in the most extreme environments.

Heating system: Two Power banks with connector and charge cable. 

Three heating modes – 16hrs, 8hrs and 4hrs.

Equipped with Recco technology In case of avalanches and emergencies or if lost in the outdoors RECCO rescue reflectors make you searchable by organized rescue teams searching with RECCO detectors. RECCO technology is not a substitute for an avalanche transceiver.

Gaiter: Ecorepel® Bio Schoeller+ PU TEK Technology+.

HDry® membrane + PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation + YKK zip.

Shell: Microfiber + WinTherm® + THL5 (Cork+EVA).

Water-resistant microfiber with high tenacity and mechanical strength - 50% recyclyed Nylon pre-consumer / 50% PU. 80% recycled PET- for an active thermal insulation. 

Liner: WinTherm® + O-Therm + Primal loft® Gold Insulation.

Insole: Carbon Tech III SL.

POWER STRAP LITE- provides the best wrapping on the ankle, without adding a lot of weight.

Upper Materials: PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation 200 g/m2.

Eco with grip control - 100% Recycled. Bottom materials: PrimaLoft Silver® Performance Yarn 70% Recycled: Ultra-thin, Warm, and Resistant.
