Introduction
Can I get free shipping?
For a limited time only, commencing 24th May, UK customers* (*excluding UK Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland) will get free standard shipping with DPD on all orders.
For customers outside of UK, you will get free shipping on orders over £175.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
At Nimsdai Store, we work with DHL Express to ship globally, and offer an express delivery service. We offer free shipping on all orders over £175.
What is your delivery policy?
Orders take Approx. 2-3 Working Days to be processed. Orders are Dispatched Between Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday and the Weekend will be Processed and Dispatched on the following Monday. We will send you a Shipping Notification email once your order has been sent out.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Should you wish to return your order, please visit our Returns and Refunds section.
Can I change/amend my order after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately once you have placed your order it cannot be amended or canceled. You will have to return your item back to us for a refund
What delivery / shipping company do you use?
We work with DPD & DHL Express to ship orders globally.
We recommend that you download the DPD or DHL Express app to allow you to easily and quickly track your delivery and add any delivery notes. For example, where the driver should leave your parcel if you will be out during your delivery slot.

What about International Customs Fees?
On the rare occasion that your parcel is held up in customs (depending on your countries customs regulations) we will not be held responsible for any fees/costs associated with this that the customer may incur. If you do not accept those charges, please note that you must contact us to advise you will refuse delivery. We cannot accept liability for the return not the goods. Refused orders will only be refunded once received back in the warehouse.
How can I manage/track my order once shipped?
Orders are shipped via DPD or DHL. We recommend downloading their apps to manage and track your items effectively. Through the apps, you can also handle missed deliveries and designate safe places for drop-offs.
