Tejan Gurung (TJ) from Pokhara achieved his lifelong dream of conquering all 14 of the world’s highest peaks on 8th October, becoming the youngest British man to reach this remarkable milestone. Initially inspired by his father and the Brigade of Gurkhas, TJ served in the military with the 24 Commando Regiment of the 3 Commando Brigade for 8 years. Now, he applies the discipline, mental strength, and physical toughness honed in the military to mountaineering. Known as the "Mountain Yeti," TJ is recognized as one of the strongest and most positive climbers on his team, using his military expertise alongside determination, skill, and unwavering positivity.

TJ has climbed all of the worlds 14 highest mountains in just over 2 years becoming the youngest brit to do so.

Multiple Ascents

Summited his first 8000m peak (Everest) on 27th May 2022 followed swiftly by Lhotse on 28th May 2022.

Part of the fastest team to climb all of the Big 5 mountains in Pakistan in 26 days.
