Loyalty Points are valid only at www.nimsdaistore.com. A valid email address must be provided to earn and redeem points.

Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code in the same
transaction.

Loyalty Points Earning Period: Points must be earned and redeemed within a rolling 12-month period, after which they will expire.

When exchanging loyalty points for a voucher, the voucher must be redeemed within days.

Loyalty Points have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged, transferred, gifted, or used in any other scheme.

Loyalty Points can only be earned and redeemed on orders placed through the website.

Loyalty Points become available for use after the returns window has passed

100 Loyalty Points = £1 discount on an order.

A minimum of 100 Loyalty Points (£1 discount) must be available to redeem points.

A maximum of 5,000 Loyalty Points (£50 discount) can be redeemed per order.

An activated account is required to redeem Loyalty Points.

Loyalty Points cannot be used to cover shipping costs or any other fees beyond the price of products.

Applying Loyalty Points may change the Grand Total of an order, potentially affecting shipping eligibility. If the adjusted total falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will apply.

Loyalty Points cannot be added to an order retrospectively. For any issues, please contact our customer service team before completing your purchase.

Nimsdai Store reserves the right to adjust Loyalty Points during promotional events, limited-time offers, or special campaigns.

Promotional events may increase or decrease the earning rate for Loyalty Points based on the nature of the promotion.

Points awarded during promotions may have different expiry dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotion.

If an order is returned or canceled, any Loyalty Points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.

Nimsdai Store reserves the right to revoke points or take action against accounts abusing the system.

The referred person must be a new customer. Referrals from the same household are not eligible.

Our system verifies referred customers to prevent abuse, including checking IP addresses.

Referred customers must follow the outlined steps to ensure Loyalty Points are credited.

Manual adjustments are not possible.

Additional offers and benefits associated with Loyalty Points are subject to availability.

These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
